User Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of the data that Endless Winningstores in connection with the Endless Content Machine application (the "Service"). We honor all deletion requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Meta Platform Terms.

What data we store

• Account information — your name, email, and authentication record.
• Content you created — source posts, captions, prompts, images, brand profiles, and schedules.
• Facebook / Meta data — the Pages you connected and the Page access tokens used to publish or schedule on your behalf.

How to request deletion

You can remove your data using any of the methods below.

• Email us. Send a message to support@endlesswinning.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will delete your account, stored content, and any Facebook Page tokens within 30 days and confirm by reply.
• Disconnect a Page in the app.Removing a connected Facebook Page from within the Service deletes that Page's stored access token immediately.
• Remove the app from Facebook. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select Endless Content Machine, and choose Remove. This revokes our access to your Pages. To also delete the data we already stored, email us as described above.

Deletion timeline

Verified requests are completed within 30 days. We may retain limited records only where required by law, and connected Page tokens are deleted as soon as a connection is removed.
