Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Endless Content Machine application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Endless Winning("Endless Winning," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

The Service is an invitation-only tool that helps approved operators draft, generate, review, schedule, and publish social media content, including to Facebook Pages that you connect. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@endlesswinning.com.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Do not publish content you are not authorized to publish, or that violates the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Comply with all applicable laws and the terms and policies of any connected third-party platform.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide or generate through the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service and perform the actions you request, such as publishing or scheduling posts. You are responsible for the content you create and publish.

Connected platforms (Facebook / Meta)

When you connect a Facebook Page, you authorize the Service to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant, such as publishing or scheduling posts. Your use of connected platforms is also governed by their terms, including the Meta Terms of Service. You represent that you are authorized to manage and post to any Page you connect. You may disconnect a Page at any time.

AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to help generate captions and images. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Endless Winning and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endless Winning will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endless Winning from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Endless Winning is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
