This Privacy Policy explains how Endless Winning("Endless Winning," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes information in connection with the Endless Content Machine application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Who we are

The Service is an invitation-only tool that helps approved operators draft, generate, review, and schedule social media content, including publishing to Facebook Pages that you explicitly connect. The Service is not directed to the general public and is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, and authentication credentials managed by our authentication provider.
• Content you provide. Source posts, captions, prompts, images, brand profiles, schedules, and feedback you create or upload in the Service.
• Facebook / Meta data. When you connect a Facebook Page using Facebook Login for Business, we receive the Pages you authorize, basic Page details, and a Page access token that lets the Service publish or schedule content on your behalf. We only access the permissions you grant.
• Usage and technical data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and actions taken, used to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To generate, review, and publish or schedule the social media content you direct us to create, including posting to Facebook Pages you have connected.
• To authenticate you, secure accounts, and prevent abuse.
• To respond to your requests and provide support.
• To comply with legal obligations and the Meta Platform Terms and Policies.

Facebook / Meta Platform data

Our use and transfer of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including applicable Limited Use requirements. Page access tokens are stored securely on our servers, are used only to perform actions you initiate or schedule, and are never sold or shared for advertising. You can revoke the Service's access at any time from your Facebook settings under Business Integrations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, including hosting and database providers, AI model providers used to generate captions and images, and email delivery providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Connected Page tokens are retained only while the connection is active.

Data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@endlesswinning.comwith the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will delete your personal information and any stored Facebook Page tokens within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You can also disconnect any Facebook Page from within the Service, or remove the Service entirely from your Facebook settings under Business Integrations, which revokes our access tokens.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted transport, access controls, and restricted handling of access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@endlesswinning.com.

Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18 years of age.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
